For the Month of August, we will be open from 8:00am to 6:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Saturdays we will be open from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
At the end of August, we will give another update on the following month’s office hours to keep you as updated as possible.
If the phones are busy during this time period, we recommend that you continue to email the clinic to schedule an appointment or with any other requests. Call volumes have been very high for the last several weeks due to our curbside protocols. Please include your name, pet’s name, reason for visit and desired appointment time. We are here for you and will be checking our email frequently.
We are continuing with our curbside service protocols. Only employees are allowed access to our building at this time! When you arrive, please call 301-924-3616 to let us know you have arrived. A technician will talk to you over the phone to get history and check your pet in. The tech will come outside to take your pet in the clinic for the examination. The Doctor will call to speak with you about any treatments, diagnoses or recommendations. Once we have completed the treatments and appointment, the receptionist will call you for payment. Your pet will be taken back to your vehicle along with any food or medication prescribed by the doctor.
If you are picking up food or medication, please call ahead to pay over the phone and let the receptionist know you are coming so that we can have everything ready for you. We will bring everything you need out to your car.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST WEAR A PROTECTIVE MASK TO RECEIVE ANY SERVICES OR PICKUPS AT NORBECK ANIMAL CLINIC!
